Fragile Innovation reviewed in ICON

Constantin Canavas’ review of my book Fragile Innovation is published in ICON, the journal of the International Committee for the History of Technology, volume 20, number 1, 2014, 157-160.

He describes the book as “a pioneering work on the formation of Greek design. Beyond that, it can also be read as an inspired and provocative revisiting of the economic, industrial and educational history of a country, in which design becomes an instrument for representing the conflict between an introverted national narrative and cosmopolitan discourses of collective identity.”
