Design Workshop in Gökçeada, Turkey

Özyeğin Üniversitesi (OzU) Istanbul İnstitute of Design organised the Gökçeada (Ίμβρος) design workshops 2015 on the theme of regeneration.

From 20 to 29 June, several tutors worked together with forty students on the beautiful island, in direct contact with both Turkish and Greek communities.

The outcome consisted of several innovative ideas for the regeneration of crafts, space and services, and specific proposals towards a sustainable future for the island.
